Such personable and kind staff, not being bum-rushed upon arrival was a breath of fresh air. I’m writing this review to let everyone know how great my “non purchase experience was” I was supposed to buy an RV from RV One Jacksonville. The deal was done…my draft from my bank was being finalized. Hannah and Reena did a very thorough inspection and upon that found a defect that would’ve taken a long time to fix. Knowing it would effect the deal they were... still honest and transparent to make me aware. I didn’t want to wait so I purchased at one of their sister stores. I had the pleasure of getting my RV (Class C) repaired here. I was traveling and had a minor accident and needed to have it fixed to continue my trip. Bruce in the Service department was a huge help. He got it evaluated and got the rv in quickly, and the repairs were done quicker than expected. And it looks better than before the accident! I highly recommend them for any work you may need done and definitely go check their inventory if you are... wanting to purchase an RV. They have some gorgeous campers and RVs.read more

Poor guy was lighting up a 44 foot 5th wheel in the dark for us to see, including opening awnings etc all for us to not buy anything that night or even that month. We went to several dealers & none welcomed us like RV One. The others treated us like we needed them. RV One treated us like They Needed Us! The... finance department was not intimidating or persuading you into anything you didn’t want. The manager makes it a point to go out of his way to meet & greet you as well as ask for your feedback on how they are doing. The guys in the back behind the scenes installed our 21K pound Demco 5th wheel hitch as professional as it gets. They also showed us things about our RV that sales didn’t even know because they work on all sorts of campers.All in all I give em 10 stars if I could & when we upgrade we’ll be going back.read more

I heard about this place from a friend of mine in Georgia and had to check it out. When I got there I was welcomed by all the inventory they have out on the lot and there is a lot to look at. When I walked inside, a gentleman by the name of Nick approached me and asked if I needed any help and I said yes.
